Pregnancy & Postpartum – A side-lying modality for women past their first trimester. Lymphatic techniques are combine with basic Swedish strokes to aid in relaxation and decrease fluid retention. Postpartum massage can help with scar tissue at the epidural site and ease back tension.
TMJ Massage – Decreases the tension of the neck and jaw muscles to help facilitate proper function of the temporomandibular joint.
Reflexology – Points on the feet correlate with organs of the body to restore and balance. Each treatment includes hot steamed towels, and a foot scrub.
Hand & Foot Massage – A quick way for the busy individual to relax and relieve tension in tired hands and feet. Hand and foot scrubs can be added for an additional charge.
